A print shop's leads now find the shop, not the other way around.
A Facebook lead intelligence platform built for Country Customs, a Cookeville custom apparel and print shop.

The problem, in plain terms.
Every day, people in local Facebook groups ask the same kinds of questions. Who does custom shirts around here? Anybody print banners fast? Where can I get embroidery done for my crew? Every one of those posts is a customer raising their hand. And nearly all of them slip by, because no shop owner can sit and scroll a dozen groups all day while also running the shop.
The build.
Cumberland Built created an automated pipeline that checks a set of local Facebook groups several times a day and reads every new post. Each post goes through Claude AI, which scores it for genuine buying intent. A question about where to buy blank shirts scores low. A post asking who can print fifty reunion tees by next month scores high.
Qualified leads land on a simple Trello board the owner already knew how to use. No new software to learn. Each card carries the original post, a link to the person who wrote it, the lead score, the product it matches, and a personalized outreach message written and ready to send.
It gets sharper with use.
The system remembers outcomes. Leads that looked promising but went nowhere teach it what a false positive looks like. Unexpected wins teach it what it undervalued. That history feeds back into the scoring, so the board the owner sees next month is smarter than the one he sees today.
Not a generic lead tool.
You cannot buy this off a shelf. It is a custom intelligence system tuned to one local business: its products, its town, its groups, its customers. It does in the background what would take hours of manual scrolling every day, and it never gets bored, never misses a morning, and never forgets to follow up.
THE RESULT
Buying signals that used to vanish into the scroll now show up on a board, scored and matched, with the first message already drafted.
