This is a custom-built WordPress site running on a self-managed DigitalOcean server with Ubuntu, Nginx, MySQL, and PHP. Not a drag-and-drop template service, not a page builder subscription. The firm owns its site, its hosting, and its data outright, and the stack is tuned by hand for speed and reliability.
The brand identity was designed from scratch and applied site-wide: a refined rose gold, plum, and blush palette with elegant typography that signals exactly what a prospective client should feel before they read a single word. Trustworthy, established, and personal.
An intake form that works like a conversation.
The centerpiece is a custom-coded intake plugin built from scratch, not an off-the-shelf form. Questions arrive one at a time in a chat-style interface, the way people are used to texting. Prospective clients can select multiple practice areas, every field validates as they type, and invisible spam screening runs in the background so real people never see a puzzle to solve.
Every submission lands in a private dashboard, fires an instant notification to the office, and sends the prospective client an automatic confirmation so they know they have been heard. If someone starts the form and walks away, the system captures what they entered, so even a half-finished inquiry becomes a lead the firm can follow up on.
